Alternatively, you may desire to bring your own plan to Falcone Custom Homes and we will begin the process of realizing your custom home dream.

Determine the Cost.

This step involves meeting together to discuss your home plan and any necessary changes. We will review everything you want to incorporate into your home to make it distinctively yours. This will include specific finishings, electrical wirings, and specialty items important to your lifestyle and needs.

Finishing the Plans.

This part of the process is one of the most important. The quality of the construction hinges on the sound engineering provided by qualified architects. Ultimately, this engineering phase will determine the quality of your home’s internal structure.

Begin Construction.

Now that we have determined all of your needs, the excitement begins! Along the way, we will provide you with weekly updates to keep you informed on the process and upcoming stages / installations.

Let's Personalize.

Once your home is under a roof and begins to take real form, we can begin making decisions on electrical and plumbing fixtures. We will also select your paint colors, flooring, countertops, cabinet finishes, brick and stone color selections, carpet and other items that make your home uniquely yours.

As your home nears completion, now is the time to finalize your plans for creating the landscaping that will accentuate your new home.
